The HR Operations Executive will perform payroll on a regular basis and ensure the accurate and timely maintenance of employee data records.
The incumbent is also responsible for ensuring that all HR Operations administrative tasks are followed up in a timely manner.
Responsibilities
Process monthly payroll (including overtime and allowances) for all employees based in Singapore
Process of employees termination and managing final salary matters
Ensure accuracy of payroll records by having effective communication with both internal and external stakeholders of the Human Resource team
Be the point-of-contact for salary matters for all SG employees
Maintain blue collar employees attendance system and track employees daily attendance
Ensure timely submission of IR21 for blue collar foreign employees who are leaving the organization
Ensure accuracy and timeliness of monthly CPF submission and tax clearance, where applicable
Prepare year-end income tax assessment IR8A form for employees
Prepare accurate and timely payroll journals, labour costs and other related reports for Finance and Management
Monitor and track staff probation and confirmation dates
Prepare and record all employment letters issued out
Facilitate a smooth onboarding for all blue collar employees
Facilitate a smooth offboarding for all employees and ensure all company items are returned and access to systems are updated
Understand and comply with all internal control procedures
Create, update and maintain accurate employee records in personnel files and HRMS personnel database
Requirements
0 - 1 year of relevant work experience in HR, with a Diploma in Business Management or its equivalent with specialization in HRM
Effective communication, interpersonal skills and personable
Organized, quick thinking and efficient
Meticulous with effective follow-up skills
IT Savvy and literate in MS Office / Google suite office applications
Able to work independently with minimum supervision in a team-based environment
High integrity with ability to handle confidential information
Proficient in Data Management
Effective and efficient resource management
Able to work as an individual contributor and with a team
