Key Responsibilities:
HR Operations Leadership
- Oversee end-to-end HR operations, ensuring streamlined processes across the employee lifecycle, from onboarding and payroll to benefits administration and offboarding.
- Ensure compliance and audit-readiness across HR operations, including work pass management, leave and benefits administration, payroll submissions, and regulatory reporting.
- Deliver timely, accurate payroll support in collaboration with external vendors, preparing essential reports such as headcount, payroll, and bonus provisions.
Employee Experience and Engagement
- Lead engaging orientation and onboarding sessions to provide new hires with a seamless transition into the organization.
- Implement continuous improvements based on employee feedback, using insights to refine and enhance HR processes and the overall employee experience.
Process Optimization and Innovation
- Collaborate closely with the HR Workday team to enhance and automate HR workflows, improving process efficiency and data integrity.
- Spearhead the digital transformation of HR Management Information (HRMI) reporting, making data-driven insights accessible for strategic decision-making.
Vendor and Client Management
- Manage and evaluate HR vendors to ensure services meet quality standards and are delivered within budget, in line with our corporate policies.
- Maintain strong partnerships with internal clients, continuously enhancing the HR service experience based on their feedback and business needs.
Strategic Projects and Process Improvement
- Take on special projects that enhance HR services, contributing your expertise to initiatives that improve operational efficiency and employee satisfaction.
- Lead process reviews and drive improvements, streamlining operations and implementing technology solutions where possible.
Who We're Looking For:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience: 5+ years in HR operations with a strong background in payroll management, HRIS (Workday preferred), and compliance.
- Technical Skills: Proven experience with HRIS, payroll, and data analytics. Skilled in process automation and vendor management.
- Project Management: A track record of successfully leading cross-functional projects that drive efficiency and enhance employee services.
- Soft Skills: Strong communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to collaborate, influence, and problem-solve effectively.
