Job Description

Description:

  • Assist in verifying and updating onboarding data for New Hires via myHR.
  • Assist in verifying and updating offboarding data for Resignees via myHR.
  • Consolidate the mass upload template for mass updating New Hires & Resignees records
  • Ensure related documentations (after processing) are P-filed accordingly as per Service Level Agreement
  • Any other related ad hoc duties

Requirement:

  • Diploma/Higher Nitec in HR and 1 year working experience.
  • Able to work under tight timeline and respond to changing priorities.
  • IT savvy and comfortable with the use of Microsoft Excel to handle large amount of data
