Responsibilities:
- Handling of MOM work passes and contracts.
Manage foreign workers matters.- Responsible for supporting full spectrum of HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, exit, benefits administration, and compensation, updating, and maintaining confidential information in HR Information system
Responsible for recruitment activities such as job posting, sourcing, arranging interviews, job offers.
- Ensure the HR practices are in compliance with statutory requirements.
Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems and procedures across the organization.- Nurture a positive working environment.
Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance.
- Assess training needs to apply and monitor training programs.
Provide advice and handle all employee inquiries on HR-related matters
Requirements :
1 to 2 years of working experience in HR recruitment related
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
Willing to learn attitude.
