• Sourcing potential candidates through online channels (e.g. social platforms and professional networks.)
• Screening of candidates to ensure candidates are a good fit to the role.
• Coordinating with hiring managers to identify staffing needs.
• Finding clients and fostering long-term relationships
• Understanding client requirements
• Employing recruitment methods to attract candidates

Requirements:

• Minimum degree in any related course of study
• Candidates with no experience are welcome as trainings will be provided.
• Team player and good communicator.
• Willing to learn, as we are willing to teach.
