HR (Recruitment) Intern

About The Role

You will get to contribute to the talent acquisition activities across Asia Pacific. From identifying the best graduates and professionals, driving Employer Branding to participating in recruiting related programs. All of these are critical to support our growth ambition. You will be part of the APAC Talent Acquisition team, responsible for bringing in the best talents to accelerate our growth ambition. As we value diversity, we have a multi-functional and diverse team, with different points of view and different ways of thinking.

The Impact you'll make

• Supporting the end-to-end recruitment life cycle and working on delivering all facets of recruiting processes alongside the TA Consultants.
• Developing talent pipeline for specific projects through proactively approaching passive talents from external market and be a true expert in providing insights on who and where the best talent is.
• Keeping a keen eye to identify opportunity to drive process improvement to increase TA efficiency and customer experience.

The Skills And Knowledge You'll Bring

• Current Local University Undergraduate
• You are customer centric, structured, proactive and enthusiastic
• Your way of working is characterized by a high level of integrity and quality
• You are a confident communicator and enjoy collaborating with cross functional teams and stakeholders in a regional and virtual environment
• Proficient with MS Office
• Able to commit fully from July to Dec 2024
