HR Senior Officer/Executive

A prominent Asian financial institution is seeking a HR Senior Officer to join its dynamic team, offering a collaborative work environment, competitive compensation, and opportunities for growth and development.

Your new role

Reporting to the HR manager, you will collaborate with management and key support teams to align HR strategies with business objectives.

Key responsibilities include:

. Manage full cycle recruitment, from interviewing potential hires to interviewing and evaluating candidates, conducting background checks and employment verifications. Managing on-boarding process to ensure smooth integration.

. Served as the primary contact for all employee related inquiries.

. Supports HR manager on performance management strategies with developing performance management framework and processes, ensuring continuous engagement, ownership and growth mindset to people managers and employees in the organization.

. Drive continuous process improvements in all aspects of the employee lifecycle

. Maintain accurate HR records and ensuring compliance with labour laws, regulations, and company policies.

. Process end to end payroll and mange employee benefits programmes and providing HR leadership to the HR team, guiding and mentoring team members to build on capabilities.

What you'll need to succeed

. Strong organizational and time management skills.

. Ability to converse in Mandarin is essential as there is liaison with Chinese counterparts.

. High level of integrity and confidentiality.

. Ability to address and resolve issues efficiently.

. Ability to adapt to changing circumstances and flexible is important.

. Ability to build and maintain positive relationships with employees at all levels.

. Communicate and interact effectively (verbal, presentation, facilitation & listening modes of communication) across organizational and cultural boundaries.

. Bachelor's degree with a minimum of 10 years working experience preferably in a banking or financial institute.

. Experience in leading a team preferred
