We are looking for a detail-oriented and organised HR Specialist with a key focus on payroll to manage the full cycle of payroll activities. Reporting to the Head of HR and managing payroll for Singapore, Thailand and Indonesia, the ideal candidate is someone with a strong attention to detail and the ability to work with other independently.
Your Job
- Independently manage the employee life cycle activities related to payroll and tax, which include both onboarding and offboarding events, using in-house payroll system for Singapore, and managing 3rd party vendor for Thailand and Indonesia Rep offices.
- Work with Global Mobility team and Global Tax Consultant for mobility administration, including complex tax matters.
- Ensure payroll processes comply with all applicable laws and internal policies, and administer government related claims accordingly.
- Administer employee benefits related to payroll (e.g., leave administration, health insurance, retirement plans), ensuring proper deductions and updates.
- Respond to employee inquiries regarding payroll, benefits, tax withholdings, and other payroll-related matters.
- Be the local HR Representative in internal and external audits to ensure accuracy and compliance of payroll systems and HR policies, and support compliance and risk management topics like HR data retention.
- Collaborate closely with Regional HR Service Hub on operational topics and participate in regional HR projects.
- Work with other departments like finance and global reporting team for several relevant reporting, intercompany cost charging and cost allocation topics.

Your Profile
- Qualified tertiary education in HR, accounting, finance, or related field.
- At least 3 years of end to end payroll processing experience, with experience handling employee mobility cases and complex tax returns in a global environment
- Proactive, detail-oriented and independent
- Strong analytical skills, proficiency in Excel and a data-driven mindset
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Strong organisational and multi-tasking skill
