Job Description

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Senior HR Consultant/ Head of HR Shared Service with a strong background in Shared Service Centre (SSC) operations. The ideal candidate will have expertise in HR management systems (HRMS) and be capable of providing strategic guidance in HR transformation initiatives. This role includes working closely with clients to shortlist and recommend suitable HRMS solutions and conceptualize Target Operating Models (TOM) aligned with business needs. Comprehensive knowledge of Singapore's HR policies and employment law is essential.

Your Responsibilities will include:

  • Lead HR transformation projects with a focus on establishing and enhancing Shared Service Centres.
  • Evaluate and recommend the most suitable HRMS solutions tailored to client requirements.
  • Design and develop Target Operating Models (TOM) to streamline HR functions and improve efficiency.
  • Provide expert advice on Singapore's HR policies, employment laws, and regulatory compliance.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to align HR strategies with overall business objectives.
  • Conduct workshops and training sessions to ensure seamless implementation of HR solutions.
  • Stay updated with the latest HR technology trends and best practices in HR management.

Key Skills and Attributes for Success:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 8 years of experience in HR consulting, with at least 3 years focused on Shared Service Centres.
  • In-depth knowledge of various HRMS platforms and the ability to shortlist and implement the right solution for clients.
  • Strong understanding of HR processes, policy formulation, and Target Operating Model design.
  • Extensive knowledge of Singapore HR regulations, including employment law, benefits, and payroll.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and project management skills.
  • Experience with HRMS implementation (Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM, etc.)
  • HR certification (CIPD, SHRM, or equivalent) would be an advantage.
