About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Senior HR Consultant/ Head of HR Shared Service with a strong background in Shared Service Centre (SSC) operations. The ideal candidate will have expertise in HR management systems (HRMS) and be capable of providing strategic guidance in HR transformation initiatives. This role includes working closely with clients to shortlist and recommend suitable HRMS solutions and conceptualize Target Operating Models (TOM) aligned with business needs. Comprehensive knowledge of Singapore's HR policies and employment law is essential.
