Job Title: HR Specialist (Part-Time, Hybrid)
Job Description:
BUTLER, Singapore's premier hospitality, real estate, and asset services company, is seeking a dynamic and resourceful HR Specialist. This part-time, hybrid role offers flexibility with the expectation to attend the office 1-2 times per week for administrative matters, meetings, and interviews. The HR Specialist will play a crucial role in managing various HR functions and ensuring that the company's staffing needs, particularly in operational roles, are met efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Recruitment and Staffing:
Create and manage job postings across various platforms.
- Conduct interviews and collaborate with department heads to fulfill staffing requirements.
Proactively source local candidates for roles such as housekeeping and office cleaners.- Participate in outreach and career events to attract potential candidates.
Manage employee leave applications and records.- Oversee claims processing.
Ensure timely and accurate payroll generation conducted once a month.
Handle employee inquiries and resolve HR-related issues.
- Maintain and update HR policies and procedures.
Conduct employee performance appraisals and manage performance improvement plans.
- Compliance and Record Keeping:
Ensure compliance with local employment laws and regulations, including CPF contributions.- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records.
- Initiative and Continuous Improvement:
Take the initiative to improve HR processes and systems.- Stay updated with HR best practices and implement improvements as necessary.
Requirements:- Proven experience in HR, preferably in recruitment and payroll management.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Resourceful and proactive in addressing recruitment challenges and attending career events.- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
Familiarity with local employment laws and regulations, including CPF contributions.
