Job Title: HR Specialist (Part-Time, Hybrid)
Job Description
As an HR Specialist at BUTLER, you will take the lead in advocating BUTLERs brand as a progressive and fair employer, working to ensure we attract top talent and maintain our leadership position in blue-collar employment. You will manage recruitment, HR administration, employee relations, and oversee HR interns, ensuring that our staffing needs are met with a focus on progressive welfare and fair employment practices.
Key Responsibilities
Recruitment and Staffing:
- Create and manage job postings on multiple platforms to attract top talent for blue-collar roles.
- Conduct interviews and collaborate with department heads to meet staffing requirements.
- Proactively source candidates for operational roles such as housekeeping and office cleaners.
- Represent BUTLER at career events, working with industry partners and government agencies to advocate for our brand.
- Mentor and manage HR interns to ensure smooth recruitment operations.
HR Administration
- Oversee employee leave applications, claims, and payroll management.
- Ensure accurate monthly payroll generation, reflecting our commitment to fair and competitive wages.
- Manage onboarding processes, ensuring new hires understand and embrace our welfare and career development focus.
Employee Relations
- Address employee inquiries and resolve HR-related issues in a fair and supportive manner.
- Maintain and update HR policies that align with our progressive employment standards.
- Conduct performance reviews and implement improvement plans to foster staff development.
Compliance And Record Keeping
- Ensure compliance with Singapores employment laws, including CPF contributions.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records.
Advocacy And Continuous Improvement
- Advocate for BUTLERs brand as a progressive, fair employer in all recruitment and business development efforts.
- Work with industry partners and government to enhance our reputation as a leader in blue-collar welfare.
- Identify opportunities to improve HR processes, focusing on employee well-being and professional development.
Requirements
- Proven experience in HR, especially in recruitment and payroll management.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Resourceful and proactive in building partnerships with industry and government.
- Knowledge of local employment laws and CPF regulations.
Work Arrangement
- Part-time, Hybrid (Work from home with office visits 1-2 times per week)
- Minimum of 16 hours per week
- Pay: SGD 1,600 per month
