Job Description:
- Collaborate with hiring managers on full-cycle talent acquisition for contract positions in Singapore.
- Work closely with hiring managers to understand and define talent needs, develop recruitment strategies, and create effective hiring plans for contract roles.
- Manage contracts, including renewals and replacements.
- Handle recruitment and hiring for internship positions, and assist in organizing monthly internship engagement events and the internship graduation ceremony.
- Participate in job fairs to attract top talent.
- Provide support for general HR functions, including operations, compensation and benefits, and talent and organizational development processes.
- Contribute ideas for organizing HR data and simplifying PowerPoint presentations.
- Utilize various recruitment channels cost-effectively, identifying the most suitable sourcing methods, handling resume screening, job postings, and internal referral updates.
- Assist in drafting and designing quarterly HR Newsletter highlights for Singapore employees.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in end-to-end recruitment, preferably in engineering, chemical, or water industries.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to build relationships with candidates and internal stakeholders while managing hiring managers expectations.
- Experience in internship recruitment and networking with universities and polytechnics.
- Proficiency in digital tools and technologies, including PowerPoint, Visier, and Workday.
- Ability to manage high-volume hiring efficiently and effectively.
