As an HR Talent Engagement Intern, you'll be pivotal in our campus talent engagement cycle. You'll support talent outreach, campus recruitment, and engage with interns as an HR partner. Your role will enhance our employer branding and help attract and retain young talent.

Roles & Responsibilities
- Participate in outreach events and collaborate with external stakeholders, including institutions and the Singapore Maritime Federation, to enhance our employer branding efforts.
- Assist in implementing strategic campus recruitment plans, track project progress, and contribute to ongoing recruitment initiatives.
- Conduct initial phone screenings for general internships and scholarships, schedule interviews, and coordinate with hiring managers.
- Manage the full-cycle campus recruitment process, ensuring accurate and up-to-date recruitment data and reporting.
- Coordinate the onboarding process for interns, identify areas for improvement, and propose creative solutions to enhance their experience.
- Develop and implement strategies to engage interns and create a positive work environment, collaborating with HR Business Partners to monitor and improve engagement and satisfaction levels.
Minimum Requirements
- Pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint).
- Basic knowledge of graphic design platforms, such as Canva.
- A strong interest in a career in HR; prior internship experience or involvement in HR-related activities is advantageous.
- Demonstrated ability to handle confidential information with discretion and uphold high ethical standards.
- Excellent organizational, analytical, creative, and administrative skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Available to work full-time for the duration of the internship.
