As a Talent Management Manager, you will lead and implement talent management programs to attract, develop, and retain top talent. Acting as a strategic advisor to senior management, you will design and execute policies, career path frameworks, and leadership development initiatives to support organizational growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead talent review, assessment, and succession planning initiatives.
- Develop leadership and functional competency frameworks.
- Implement talent pipeline programs to support business needs and succession planning.
- Enhance tools and processes for high-potential identification and development.
- Manage post-talent review actions and ensure consistent follow-through.
- Oversee development programs, including mentorship, scholarships, and leadership schemes.
- Analyze talent data to inform strategic decisions and report key talent metrics.
- Coach employees on career growth and development.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree, preferably in Human Resources.
- 8+ years of experience in Talent Management, preferably from a COE perspective.
- Proficiency in talent assessment tools and data analysis.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work with senior management.
- Experience with SuccessFactors is a plus.
