Job Description

. To assist the HR department in HR activities, including recruitment, onboarding, offboarding, and provide support for events.

. Collaborate with HR to understand technology needs and provide strategic guidance

. Ensure successful delivery of HR technology solutions on time and work within budgets.

. To maintain up-to-date and accurate HR documents (eg. employee portal, tracking of employee records)

. Work on projects such as Employee Portal and Employee development.

. Undertake any Adhoc duties as assigned

• Strong communication & customer service skills
• Good interpersonal skills, able to relate to people from different culture and languages
• Excellent communication skills (English and mandarin) and collaboration skills.
• Strong Project management skills.
• Experience and strong proficiency in copilot and AI technology
• Able to work independently as well as in a team, multi-tasking and adapt to fast-paced environment, young and energetic.
• Problem Solving skill, critical thinking and time management and to achieve project deadline
• Collaborate with HR leadership to undertstand their technology needs and provide strategic guidance
• Able to handle confidential information with discretion and integrity
• Lead the implementation of HR technology projects including the Employee Portal and Employee development inititaives.
• Leverage Copilot and AI technology to drive innovation and efficiency in HR process.
• Ensure successful delivery of HR technology solutions on time and within budget.

• Computer Skills :
• Familiar with MS Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint etc) and to be able to create spreadsheets for reporting
• Basic knowledge of computer hardware
• Familiar with internet and email proficiency
• Understanding of computer security and privacy
• Troubleshoot basic technical issues
• Solve problems using technology
