A leading private equity firm is seeking an HR Transformation Led to drive HR Strategy in the group's portfolio companies.
Your new role
Reporting to the Director, we are looking for someone to
- Formulate transformation programs, coaching/mentoring portfolio company management teams, and leading business turnaround initiatives.
- Develop and execute comprehensive HR transformation strategies, aligned with business objectives. Analyse HR processes, identify areas for improvement, and implement efficient solutions. Design and implement HR processes not limited to performance frameworks, learning and development, talent development, HR best practices, HR digitalisation, compliance, employee relations etc.
- Spearhead significant business turnaround initiatives and projects, enhancing team capabilities across invested businesses.
- The key objective is to transform HR processes/strategy in the firm's invested businesses through change management to improve overall organisational health.
- Supports business development through Human Capital expertise and pitch support.
What you will need to succeed
- 10+ years of experience in HR/Human Capital/Learning and & Development/Performance Management/Career Development/Organisational Design/HR Transformation, with a proven track record of independently leading initiatives
- Strong Human Capital credentials, ideally acquired through senior HR leadership roles in multinational organizations or top-tier consulting firms.
- Strong stakeholder management skills, with experience working with C suites business leaders
- Travelling is expected across APAC.
- Proven leadership and executive coaching experience
- Strong expertise in transformation programs, business turnaround strategies, and human capital development
- Excellent strategic thinking, problem-solving, and communication skills
