HRBP Assistant Manager
A leading property developer and real estate group in Singapore, known for its commitment to building spaces that inspire and deliver value is now seeking for a HRBP AM to expand its team with dynamic professionals who can contribute to its vision of transforming the urban landscape and enhancing customer experience.
Job Responsibilities
- Contribute to the business strategy by assisting leaders in identifying, prioritizing, and developing organizational skills, behaviors, structures, and processes.
- Assist line managers in anticipating and planning talent pipeline needs in alignment with functional or business strategies.
- Implement relevant training programs for employees and support long-term initiatives that align with strategic goals.
- Work with business unit leaders to provide development opportunities for employees, ensuring they meet current and future performance expectations.
- Create and promote feedback systems for employees to continuously improve HR services and processes.
- Offer expert guidance and coaching to employees as needed.
- Understand employee perspectives and proactively address their needs and concerns.
- Analyze and benchmark internal and external trends to refine HR policies and programs.
- Oversee specific projects as outlined in the annual HR operational plan and participate in functional and cross-functional initiatives.
Job Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience in the HR function
- A degree in HRM or any related field is preferred
- Clear, comprehensive understanding of the link between HR and business strategy
- Significant knowledge of HR policies and processes (e.g., workforce planning/analytic and talent management)
