Job description:

• Support the full range of HR operations, including but not limited to onboarding, headcount changes, performance management, compensation reviews, employee exits, and annual insurance renewals.
• Address HR inquiries and handle urgent issues, such as employee relations support.
• Review and update local HR policies to ensure compliance with employment regulations.
• Implement global corporate HR programs, procedures, and policies at the local level.
• Assist with people programs and ad-hoc projects, such as total rewards, performance management, and talent identification.
• Coordinate and assist with work pass applications/renewals and national job posting requirements.
• Contribute to local and global projects, focusing on process improvements and transformation initiatives.

Requirements:

• 3-5 years of HR experience in a multinational corporate setting especially in benefits and compensation
• Team-oriented with a positive mindset.
• Proactive and independent, with strong initiative and hands-on experience.
• Detail-oriented and proficient in HR processes, with strong administrative skills competent in MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
