- Oversee the end to end recruitment process across all levels.
- Assist with talent acquisition, workforce planning, and succession planning while creating strategies to attract, retain, and nurture top talent.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to address hiring needs and manage the recruitment process.
- Lead salary benchmarking and compensation strategies to maintain competitiveness and fairness.
- Handle employee relations, addressing issues like disciplinary actions, grievances, litigation, layoffs, and terminations.
- Offer guidance to managers on performance management and supervise the review process.
- Improve HR workflows, policies, and productivity initiatives while fostering a positive workplace environment.
- Utilize HR analytics to generate insights and recommendations for senior leadership to support informed decision-making.
Requirement
- Bachelor degree and above
- At least 7 years of experience in HRBP
- Having good business acumen will be key in this role
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills will be advantageous.
