This is a hands-on role where you will be conducting all HR activities in the office,
serving as an individual contributor.
Job Description:
Business Partnering:
- Act as a strategic partner to the business, providing HR guidance and support.
- Collaborate with business leaders to develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Support the SG business unit in achieving its goals and objectives.
Recruitment:
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, interviewing, and hiring of candidates.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and provide innovative recruitment solutions.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
Employee Relations:
- Address employee concerns and grievances, ensuring a fair and consistent approach to problem resolution.
- Foster a positive work environment through effective communication and employee engagement initiatives.
- Provide guidance on performance management, employee development, and career progression.
Compliance and Regulations:
- Ensure compliance with Singapore Ministry of Manpower (MOM) regulations and Singapore Labor Law.
- Keep abreast of changes in employment legislation and implement necessary updates to policies and procedures.
Collaboration:
- Collaborate with back-office teams (Finance, HR) and business development and operations teams.
- Work closely with the senior leadership team on HR-related matters and business expansion plans.
Qualifications:
- Must be a native speaker of English and fluent in Chinese.
- Must possess the right to work in SG.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 5-10 years of HR experience, preferably in Internet, gaming, or e-commerce firms.
- Strong business partnering skills with the ability to influence and build relationships with stakeholders.
- Excellent recruitment skills with experience in managing the full recruitment lifecycle.
- Strong knowledge of Singapore MOM regulations and Singapore Labor Law.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and handle multiple priorities.
