Location: East Singapore
We are seeking an HRIS Analyst for a 6-month contract role to support data migration and system implementation in the HRIS space. Join a diverse project team, working on migrating data from the existing HCM system to Workday, performing user acceptance testing (UAT), and providing post-implementation support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in project implementation and provide post-implementation support
- Extract, clean, and ensure consistency of large, complex data sets for migration
- Collaborate with stakeholders and data owners to prepare data migration templates
- Coordinate testing efforts with the internal HR team
- Conduct extensive validation and testing of digital solutions
- Support change management activities, including end-user training and content creation
- Provide ongoing support and troubleshoot post-implementation issues
- Perform detailed data manipulation using tools like Microsoft Excel and EIBs
- Contribute to ad-hoc projects as required
Key Requirements:
- Advanced to expert skills with Microsoft Excel
- Experience working with HRIS systems, preferably Workday or SAP
- Familiarity with data migration processes
- Basic understanding of end-to-end HR processes
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills
- Excellent interpersonal communication and collaboration skills
- Results-driven, adaptable, and a strong team player
- Ability to work independently with large volumes of complex data
- Able to meet deadlines and deliverables
Ideal Candidate:
- Entry-level, with up to 3 years of experience in HRIS and data migration
- Junior HR generalist experience is also considered, especially with data migration exposure
- Comfortable with 6-month contract (hybrid arrangement)
