HRIS Leader

Job Responsibilities
- Manage and enhance core functionalities within the system.
- Provide comprehensive operational support for Workday HCM
- Handle event and incident management, troubleshooting, and execute break/fix plans as needed.
- Revoke, amend, advance, or correct workflows and transactions.
- Configure business processes within the application according to specified business requirements.
- Engage in impact analysis and management during application upgrades.
- Build relationships with key stakeholders to fully understand business objectives and needs.
- Lead efforts to identify user requirements, suggest designs, and test system solutions.
Job Requirements
- Minimum of Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, IT, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
- 5-6 years of experience in HR consultancy, HR technology, or a related field.
- Strong expertise in HRIS systems, with particular proficiency in Workday, including Core HR, Talent Acquisition, Learning, Performance Management, and Time & Attendance modules.
- Proven experience managing end-to-end HRIS projects, from gathering user requirements to system configuration and implementation, is highly beneficial.
- Prior experience in HR Change Management is a plus.
