Job Responsibilities :
- Relationship Building: Establishing strong relationships with agencies as their HCM business partner and collaborating closely with agency leads and stakeholders to enhance user satisfaction.
- Superuser Adoption: Designing strategies to facilitate the adoption of system changes by superusers.
- Workday Maintenance: Maintaining and improving the Workday system for users.
- Scalable HR Processes: Establishing and maintaining scalable HR processes that follow best practices.
- Business Process Re-engineering (BPR): Identifying opportunities for productivity improvements through business process re-engineering.
- Requirement Identification: Identifying new Workday requirements and communicating with users to understand additional needs.
- Issue Resolution: Collaborating with agency leads and IT teams to resolve Workday issues and improve user experience.
- Guideline and Training Development: Creating Workday guidelines and conducting user training.
- Regular Reviews: Conducting regular reviews of Workday and generating reports on efficiency improvements.
- Requirement Structuring: Structuring and prioritizing agencies Workday requirements and communicating plans with stakeholders.
- Technology Awareness: Staying updated on the latest HRIS technology and best practices.
Job Requirements
- Degree holder in HR Management/ Business Management with 6 10 years of relevant working experience
- Experience in leading and implementing ERP solutions projects with good track record of managing relevant cross-agency/ cross-business unit projects of a similar scale and complexity including delivering the projects on schedule and within budget; certifications such as PMP are preferred
- Working knowledge of HR business processes and systems
- Strong analytical and critical thinking abilities.
- Able to make sound and timely decisions. Thinks ahead to anticipate issues, identify opportunities and appreciate implications.
- Can work effectively with and mobilise stakeholders towards a common purpose and deliver outcomes. Creates and promotes opportunities for collaboration across boundaries.
- Able to conceptualise and provide creative solutions and unique approaches to HR/business challenges
