HSE Assistant

The plant in Singapore (located in Jurong Island) is new and combines monomer and polymer productions. It is the result of exceptional investments and aims to support strong demand from the customers in Asia.

This position is on a one-year contract. The person will be working closely with the HSE team on-site providing administrative support, ensuring safety compliance in the Plant.

MAIN JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Organise and support safety trainings to strengthen the HSE awareness in the plant.
• Maintain and update safety training records and company appointment list.
• Tabulate safety inspection reports.
• Maintain the record of behaviour-based safety observation (BBSO) program.
• Management of company uniforms ordering.
• Manages HSE data, reports and documentation.
• Supports security management.
• Performs purchase requisition and goods receipt using SAP.
• Other tasks/projects assigned by HSE Manager.

Requirements:

• Strong in documentation control.
• Ability to work independently as well as a team player when required.
• Strong cross-departmental collaboration.
• Safety certification would be an added advantage.
• Experience/ Knowledge in SAP would be an added advantage.
• Willing to work in Jurong Island.
