Responsibilities
- Leadership & Strategy:
- Conduct comprehensive orientation and onboarding sessions for new project staff.
- Deliver a spectrum of training sessions tailored to address project team needs and developmental requirements.
- Organize and facilitate regular seminars and technical talks.
- Maintain meticulous training records for all project staff.
- Compliance Management:
- Ensure compliance with local, national, and international HSEQ regulations and standards.
- Conduct regular audits and assessments to identify and mitigate risks.
- Training & Development:
- Design and deliver training programs for staff on HSEQ practices and procedures.
- Promote continuous learning and awareness of HSEQ issues among employees.
- Incident Management:
- Oversee the investigation of incidents, accidents, and near misses, ensuring root cause analysis and corrective actions are implemented.
- Maintain and analyze incident data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Reporting & Communication:
- Prepare and present HSEQ reports to senior management, highlighting performance metrics and areas for improvement.
- Act as the primary liaison for HSEQ matters with regulatory bodies, clients, and stakeholders.
- Continuous Improvement:
- Initiate and manage HSEQ improvement projects, utilizing methodologies
- Encourage employee engagement and participation in HSEQ initiatives.
- Outcomes Expected:
- Enhanced organizational safety performance and reduced incident rates.
- Improved compliance with HSEQ regulations and standards.
- Increased employee awareness and engagement in HSEQ matters.
- Establishment of a robust quality management system leading to higher customer satisfaction.
- Requirements:
- Degree or Diploma in a related field with relevant HSEQ certifications/accreditations (such as ISO 9001/ISO 14001/ISO 45001, Certified Safety Professional (CSP) or equivalent) recognised by recognised local and/or international body, is preferred.
- Experience in implementing effective QA framework and structure in project as auditors.
- Strong understanding of health, safety, environmental regulations, and quality management systems.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Outstanding written and oral communication skills.
- Strong leadership and team management abilities.
- Analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to conduct training sessions and workshops effectively.
- Experience with incident investigation methodologies and reporting.
- Familiarity with data analysis and performance metrics related to HSEQ, is an added advantage.

- Other Information:
- Work location: Changi East Project Office (CEPO) / offsite (hybrid) to be agreed
- Working hours: - 8:30 am to 6:00 pm (Monday Thursday) - 8.30 am to 5.30pm (Friday) - 1-hour lunch break.
