The 6-months full-time internship training program runs from August 2024 to January 2025.

Job Description:

The position offers excellent opportunity to learn about HR processes and gain practical experience while contributing to HR initiatives within the organization.

You can expect hands-on learning experience in the following areas:

1. Resourcing

• Source, advertise and coordinate interviews for new hires including permanent, contract and internship positions.
• Screening of candidates
• Issuance of Letter of Appointment and follow up in the necessary logistics for all new hires

2. Full employee life cycle

• Organize new joiner orientation and induction for HOD
• Staff probation confirmation
• Fixed term contract renewal
• Re-employment contract renewal
• Administrate staff exit process such as preparing acceptance of resignation letter, exit interview form, staff movement email updates.

3. Project

• Implement the electronic file system (P files) for all staff to ensure easy access of staff information from shared drive/share point.

4. Other administrative duties not limited to:

• Assist in learning and development initiatives
• Assist in employee engagement initiatives
• Any other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• Undergrad who has a major or minor in Human Resources preferred.
• Good communication skills orally and in writing
• Detail-oriented with excellent follow-up ability
• Strong project and time management skills
• Team player who has the ability to function well both independently and collaboratively
