We're seeking a HR specialist with 2 years of experience for a 6-month contract role. Join our team and contribute to key HR initiatives while honing your skills.
Job Description:
1. Resourcing
- Source, advertise and coordinate interviews for new hires including permanent, contract and internship positions.
- Screening of candidates
- Issuance of Letter of Appointment and follow up in the necessary logistics for all new hires
2. Full employee life cycle
- Organize new joiner orientation and induction for HOD
- Staff probation confirmation
- Fixed term contract renewal
- Re-employment contract renewal
- Administrate staff exit process such as preparing acceptance of resignation letter, exit interview form, staff movement email updates.
3. Project Work
- Implement the electronic file system (P files) for all staff to ensure easy access of staff information from shared drive/share point.
4. Administrative Duties
- Assist with learning and development initiatives
- Support employee engagement initiatives
- Perform other administrative tasks as needed
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of HR experience.
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Detail-oriented with excellent follow-up abilities
- Strong project and time management skills
- A team player capable of working both independently and collaboratively
