Job Description:
Provide full spectrum of HR and administrative support for foreign employee.
Responsible for monthly processing and submission of payroll and reports.
Manage the training and development needs of employee and administering the full spectrum of training and course.
Handle work pass applications, renewal and cancellation including arrange for repatriation of workers.
Handle work injury compensation claim.
Any ad-hoc duties as assigned.
Maintain employees information, leave records, compensation, health, and medical insurance.
Updating employees leave entitlement and details from time to time.
Generate payroll a month for employees based on the attendance sheets.
Responsible for the arrangement of recruitment of employees, handling on-boarding and off-boarding of workers, including interviewing, signing of the contract, and updating of hiring ads.
Attend to inquiries from employees and resolve MOM/employee-related issues to ensure smooth support from HR.
Maintain and update the latest HR policies and procedures. Keep up to date on MOM guidelines, webinars from the industry, etc.
Consistently review, suggest, and update HR policies/ processes/ structures to ensure improvisation of the company HR department together with help of other departments.
Requirements:
A minimum of 1 year of HR working experience is needed.
Good interpersonal skills.
Able to speak Mandarin and English to liaise with Mandarin-speaking and English-speaking workers.
Relevant degree in business, human resource management, or other relevant disciplines
Familiar with MOM regulations.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite of products.
Excellent work ethic, and able to maintain high level of confidentiality in all areas of work responsibilities.
Experience in the construction industry is preferred.
