JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
. Manage end-to-end recruitment cycle. (posting of jobs descriptions, scheduling interview with candidates, extending offers etc)
. Work closely with hiring managers on manpower planning and forecasting to facilitate hiring
. Ensure all recruitment activities are done in accordance with employment laws and regulations.
. Monitor recruitment performance and timeline.
. Other tasks as and when assigned.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
. Degree or Diploma in any disciplines.
. Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.
