Human Resource Assistant Officer (MNC) - ZC

Job Description:

• Basic + AWS + VB
• Monday to Friday 7.50am to 4.55pm
• Tuas Company transport provided
• 1 year contract (renewable)

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the entire recruitment and talent acquisition process.
• Manage vacancy requisitions and update manpower transactions.
• Post job openings through internal and external channels.
• Collaborate with recruitment agencies to source candidates.
• Conduct interviews and screenings, selecting candidates that align with hiring managers needs.
• Administer work passes and manage onboarding procedures.
• Organize and participate in career talks and job fairs.
• Prepare monthly recruitment reports.
• Assist in the development of company recruitment strategies.
• Coordinate Workplace Health Promotion and company recreational activities.
• Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the superior.
