- Responsible for overseeing the regional performance management process, including supporting managers and employees in goal setting, providing feedback, and submitting reports to Management within set deadlines.
- Accountable for managing the full spectrum of HR functions, including promotion exercises, employee engagement, employee awards, employee relations, and other HR administrative tasks.
- Assist in delivering key HR initiatives for the business units, ensuring alignment with HR guidelines and compliance with statutory laws and regulations in each country.
- Support efforts to enhance employee engagement, champion organizational change management, and contribute to development initiatives.
- Provide support with HR metrics and reporting, including budget planning, performance improvement plans, attrition rates, and more.
- Offer administrative support and handle other ad-hoc tasks as assigned by the supervisor.
Key Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management or a related field.
- 4-5 years of experience as an HR Generalist.
- Preferably experienced in working within a multinational company.
- Proficient in Singapore Labor Law, including the Employment Act.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage with people at all levels.
- Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
- Able to work independently, proactive, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment.
