You will work with HR team in handling HR operations and administration duties:
- onboarding & off boarding
- claims reimbursement & leave records
- monthly attendance & payroll processing
- work injury incident reporting & insurance claim submission
- MOM compliance
- NS make up claim
- course registration and certificate records
- staff benefits & welfare
- staff engagement
- other duties as assigned by the supervisor and management
Requirements:
- Strong work ethics and integrity
- Meticulous & proactive
- Familiar with MOM regulations
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Word
- Familiar with Infotech System (Infopay, TMS, E-Claim, E-Leave, Mobile Attendance) an added advantage
- Minimum 1 year of relevant working experience
- Singaporean only
