Job Description:
. Handle full spectrum of HR Lifecycle, i.e., Recruitment, Onboarding/Offboarding, Payroll, Employee Matters, Work Pass Renewal, Welfare etc
. Maintains compliance with employment act and regulations reviews HR policies and practices to maintain compliance
. Oversee all other HR administrative work including compensation & benefits administration, work injury compensation & training administration
. Provide relevant support as necessary and other ad-hoc assignment.
Requirements:
. Diploma in Human Resources or equivalent field
. Minimum 3 years of HR generalist experience
. Good written and verbal communication skills
. Info-Tech Cloud HR System experience is required
. Positive and high initiative
