Job Description

As an Human Resource Executive, you will be responsible for providing specialized support and supporting to various operational functions. This dynamic position offers an opportunity to tackle diverse tasks, allowing you to accumulate transferable skills for personal and professional growth.
  • Core Functions of the Operations Department:
Manage onboarding & offboarding processes, including conducting orientation sessions for new hires, processing completion of probationary period and ensuring proper exit procedures for departing employees.
  • Maintain accurate employee records and ensure completeness of documentations.
Handle work pass applications, renewal and cancellation including arrange for repatriation for employees.
  • Administer employee benefits programs including enrollment, changes, and cessation.
Coordinate internal/external training programs and arrange employee engagement activities.
  • Serve as a point of contact for employees regarding HR-related inquiries, letter requests, policies & procedures. Address employee concerns and escalate issues to HR management when necessary.
Prepare report for management and labour regulatory.
  • Provide administrative support to day-to-day operations of the HR office, e.g., replenishment of stationery supplies, etc. On an ad-hoc basis, source for vendors with the most competitive cost.
Participate in HR projects and initiatives as assigned, such as employee engagement surveys, HR system implementation, and HR process improvements.
  • Qualifications & Experience

To be considered for this position, you should meet the following qualifications and have relevant experience:
  • Diploma or Degree: Hold a Diploma or bachelor's degree in business discipline.
Startup and Fast-Paced Environment Experience: Prior exposure to beauty working in dynamic start-ups or fast-paced environments.
  • Project or Business Experience: Involvement in projects or business initiatives, demonstrating proactive contributions.
Prior experience in beauty industry would be a bonus

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $2,
  • 00 - $3,500.00 per month

Education:
  • Local Polytechnic Diploma (Required)

Experience:
  • beauty line administration: 2 years (Required)
* Administration Executive: 2 years (Preferred)

License/Certification:
  • or possess Pink or Blue NRIC (Required)
