Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing candidates to conducting interviews and extending job offers
- Maintain a talent pool and coordinate with hiring manager on hiring requirements
- Serve as a point of contact for employee concerns and grievances, promoting a positive work environment
- Coordinate employee training programs, professional development initiatives, and performance improvement plans
- Assist managers in setting goals and monitoring employee performance
- Manage employee records and maintain confidentiality regarding personnel data
- Prepare reports on key HR metrics such as employee turnover, recruitment effectiveness, and workforce demographics
- Assist in strategic HR projects, including organizational restructuring, succession planning, and workforce planning
- Organize and lead job fairs and recruitment events to boost the company's brand and attract talent, from planning to execution
- Assist with various HR administrative tasks to ensure a seamless recruitment process
Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma and above
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for building relationships with candidates and hiring managers
- Ability to conduct effective interviews and evaluate candidates for various roles
- Proactive, self-driven, and able to work independently as well as in a team
