Working Hours: 10am to 6pm (Mon to Fri)
JOB DESCRIPTION
- Manage the full recruitment cycle, including posting job advertisements, sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and extending job offers
- Onboard new employees, ensuring a smooth transition and compliance with company policies
- Address employee queries and concerns in a timely and professional manner
- Assist in the development and implementation of performance management processes
- Assist in developing leadership programs and other initiatives to promote career growth
- Maintain accurate employee records, including contracts, performance reviews, and disciplinary actions
- Generate reports on HR metrics, such as employee turnover, recruitment performance, and workforce demographics
- Work with management to enhance employee satisfaction and retention efforts
- Maintain and update HR management systems and databases
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum Diploma and above
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities
