Job Description

Position Overview:
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Executive (Generalist) to join our team. The successful candidate will assist with various HR administration functions for our clients, ensuring efficient and compliant HR practices. This role requires strong interpersonal skills, a basic understanding of HR processes, and the ability to manage multiple client engagements simultaneously.
  • Key Responsibilities:
HR Administration: Handle HR administrative functions, including maintaining employee records, onboarding new hires, and processing employee terminations.
  • Recruitment Support: Assist clients in the recruitment process, including job postings, resume forwarding, scheduling interviews, and communicating with candidates and line managers.
Employee Relations: Act as a point of contact for employees inquiries regarding HR policies, benefits, and procedures while promoting a positive work environment.
Compliance: Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations, and assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.Performance Management: Support clients in executing performance management processes.
  • Training and Development: Identify training needs and assist in coordinating training programs aimed at enhancing employee skills and knowledge.
HR Reporting: Prepare and maintain HR reports and metrics as needed to help clients track key HR indicators.
Continuous Improvement: Collaborate with clients to identify HR process improvements and recommend best practices.
  • Qualifications:
Diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Min 1 year of HR experience, preferably in a generalist role or HR outsourcing environment.
Strong understanding of employment laws and HR best practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
High attention to detail and strong organizational abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, managing multiple client assignments.
