- What Is This Role About
As an HR Executive, you will play a key role in supporting the HR department's daily operations, ensuring smooth HR processes, and contributing to the overall success of the HR function. You will handle a variety of HR tasks, including recruitment, employee onboarding, and HR policy implementation, while working closely with the HR team to foster a positive work environment.
Recruitment Support:
Manage job postings, screen resumes, schedule interviews, and assist in the selection process.Onboarding:
Facilitate the onboarding process for new employees, ensuring a smooth transition and proper documentation.Employee Relations: Assist in addressing employee inquiries, resolving issues, and maintaining positive workplace relationships.
- HR Documentation: Maintain accurate employee records and ensure compliance with HR policies and regulations.
Payroll Assistance:
Support payroll processing by collecting and verifying employee data.Performance Management:
Assist in the coordination of performance appraisal processes and employee development programs.HR Projects: Participate in HR initiatives and projects to improve HR processes and enhance employee engagement.
Diploma/Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Having 1 - 2 years of experience in HR, preferably a HR Generalist or junior HRBP.
Skills:
Proficient in MS Office, excellent communication and organizational skills.Language:
Proficiency in Mandarin and English, as this role will require the candidate to liase with stakeholders from Mandarin speaking countries, such as China.Join a Growing Industry:
