Responsibilities:1
. Manage and oversee full spectrum of HR function which includes:
- Recruitment and selection;
Compensation and benefits; Performance management; and
- Employee relations and administration.
- Review and align current HR strategies and policies, current system, structures and work processes for the Group.
- Implement HR Projects and initiatives.
- Office facility management.
- Assist the CEO in administrative duties.
- Any other duties and responsibilities that may be assigned by the management where necessary.
- Requirements:
At least Diploma in Human Resource Management or equivalent experience.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel and Word.
High level of attention to details and focus on accuracy.- Excellent organizational skills and possess initiative.
Able to start work immediately.
