Human Resource (Executive or Senior)

Summary

• Location: Buangkok MRT
• Working Hours and Days: Mon - Fri, 8.30am to 6pm

Responsibilities

• Full spectrum of HR functions including HR business partnering role, recruitment, employee relations, process improvement projects, data analysis and reporting.
• Establish rapport and provide advice and support on HR-related matters with other departments

Requirement

• Degree in any discipline with strong interest in HR
• Minimum 3 years in Human Resource function is preferred
• Strong knowledge of recruitment strategies and techniques
• Proficient in SuccessFactors and Microsoft Office Suite is an advantage
• Relevant experience in healthcare sector or data analysis will be an advantage
