Overview
The role will be part of the HR & Admin Department and is responsible for the full spectrum of Human Resource functions.
Responsibilities
. Reporting to HR Manager
. Support full spectrum of HR function (such as payroll, employee engagement/relations, compensation & benefits, learning & development)
. Responsible for employee lifecycle from on to off-boarding
. Be the subject matter expert for local employment legislation and provide advisory support for the business
. Manage statutory related matters such as pass application and government claims/grants
. Handled employee engagement/relations queries
. Maintain proper HR records including but not limited to benefits management and on & off-boarding
. Support in HR and organisational initiatives and activities
. Contribute in process improvement
