Job Description
. Plan employee engagement initiatives, resolve employee grievances, counsel employees
. Ensure legal compliance and other administrative matters
. Assist in recruitment efforts, including placing job ads, selecting candidates, and managing interview and related administrative process
. Build strong and positive work relationship with employee.
. Work closely with the authorities and ensure compliance of HR policies & procedures in Singapore
. Preparation of organization orientation for new staffs
. Involved in payroll process and claim
. Going down to assist onsite whenever necessary
. Ad hoc duties as assigned
Job Requirements
. Minimum 2 years of experience in Human Resource management
. Possess a Diploma in Human Resources or Business Administration-related discipline
. Manage team resources to ensure adequate staffing and capability levels
. Comfortable to work in a fast-paced environment
. Experienced in managing different priorities/multitasking
