Responsibilities:
- Engage Business on HR matters including manpower planning, performance discussions and staff issues in HR Shared Services environment
- Execute smooth onboarding, off boarding employee for all business units.
- Manage the preparation and updating of HR documents, such as employee handbooks, contracts, and procedures.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies in all HR documentation and procedures.
- Source for suitable candidates using the various recruitment channels and continuously explore innovative and alternative avenues to attract the right candidate for the job
- Learning and Development
- Payroll processing, ensuring timely and accurate payment of salaries, verify incentives and overtime (OT) , and deductions.
- Support in handling employee relations issues, such as grievances and conflict resolution.
- Ad-hoc duties, project as assigned.
Requirements
- Diploma in any discipline with a minimum of 2-3 years HR working experience in F&B or service industry preferred
- Good working knowledge of local employment legislation.
- An organized and detailed person with an outgoing personality.
- Proficiency in Info-Tech software will be an added advantage.
- Strong written and oral communication skills.
