Experience:At Least 5 years experience in related field

- Roles and Responsibilities:
Manage day-to-day employee leave applications for both Singapore and Malaysia regions, including updating the leave data portal, maintaining the working calendar, and informing respective teams of their leave status promptly.- Oversee the monthly payroll process for Malaysian teams, ensuring accurate and timely submission of statutory contributions.
Distribute monthly payslips to Malaysian teams, ensuring confidentiality and accuracy.
- Update personal information of new hires upon onboarding and maintain all related documents in the employee data portal.
Coordinate and prepare necessary items such as work PCs, email creations, expenses claim software, stationery, access cards, etc., for new hires to facilitate a smooth onboarding process.- Facilitate the probation appraisal process by sending out appraisal forms to respective Heads of Departments and ensuring timely completion.
Prepare confirmation letters for confirmed employees and promptly notify the accounts department of any changes in salary.
- Draft and prepare other relevant letters as required from time to time.
Manage office administrative matters such as raising work permits for renovation works when necessary.- Arrange exit interviews for resigned employees and update in the individual personal file accordingly.
Support other teams on other HR related matters as when required from time to time.
- Other ad hoc HR Admin related matters as assigned by superior from time to time.
Maintenance of basic staff welfare. Eg Birthday, Pantry items, Townhall lunch etc
Good communication skills- Approachable and able to work with anyone at any level
Ability to think outside of the box
- Understands employment law and always be aware on new updated clause
Passionate and has initiative to learn new things- High sense of confidentiality to handle sensitive informations
Good comprehension skill
Do research on a role and its market salary range to craft a job description
- Post jobs on different platform for recruitment
Conduct 1st round of interview- Arrange for interview for HOD
Onboarding for selected candidates
