We are looking for a Human Resource Intern who is currently pursuing a degree in Human Resource Management or a related field. The successful candidate will assist with various HR functions, including payroll and commission calculation, job postings, and basic HR administrative duties.
Responsibilities:
Assist with payroll and commission calculations.
Job postings on various job boards on a timely manner.
Perform general HR administrative tasks, such as maintaining employee records and other employee letters as needed.
Support the HR team in ad-hoc task (Accounts / HR & Operations).
Requirements:
Ability to commit to a minimum 6-month internship period.
Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administrations, or a related field.
Basic understanding of HR principles and practices compliance with MOM.
Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Powerpoint).
Fluent in English and Chinese, both written and verbal.
Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
