Job Description
- Oversees the full recruitment process, including selection, interviewing, hiring and onboarding
- Ensure job descriptions are up to date and compliant with all local regulations
- Facilitates manpower planning and budgeting exercise
- Develop training materials and performance management programs to help ensure employees understand their job responsibilities
- Resolve Employee Grievances and manage Disciplinary issues
- Use performance management tools to provide guidance and feedback to team
- Create a compensation strategy for all employees based on market research and pay surveys keeps the strategy up to date
- Design and implement employee retention strategies
- Ensure the organization's compliance with local regulations
- Ensure all company HR policies are applied consistently
- Maintain company organization charts and employee directory
- Maintain HR systems and processes
- Support HR projects/ initiatives as and when assigned
Job Requirements
- Minimum Education with bachelor's degree in human resources, business or related area
- Minimum 4-6 years of Human Resource Management Experience
- Effective verbal and written communication skills
- Demonstrated proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite
- Experience with SuccessFactors will be an added advantage
- Knowledge of a broad range of human resource strategies and practices, including compensation, performance management, safety, hiring and employee relations
- Ability to apply HR strategies and practices in compliance with employment regulations
- Ability to create a culture of diversity, inclusivity, collaboration and teamwork
- Experience with analysing data to guide strategic employment planning
