Act as an HR Business Partner to implement and align HR strategies with stakeholders in the retail sector.

Stay updated on talent market trends and HR best practices while ensuring full compliance with HR regulations.
Collaborate with the regional HR team on matters relating to compensation and benefits, employee communications, compliance, and talent development.
Utilize HR analytics to provide insights and recommendations for people-related decisions.
Lead or contribute to cross-functional HR projects to enhance operational efficiency.
Profile Requirements:
A degree in Human Resources Management or a related field.
At least 10 years of HR experience in the retail or service industry, covering both regional and local roles.
Proven expertise in HR business partnering and stakeholder management.
