Job Description:
- Handle application of all types of work passes
- Handle new hires on-boarding and orientation
- Handle monthly payroll proces
- Handle leave administration
- Ensure proper documentation in employee's p-file
- Assist in updating of various reports
- Assist with drafting of internal memo and letters
- Participate in organising of company activities
- Handle office administration and maintenance
Requirements:
At least 2 - 3 years of relevant experience
Good working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel
Able to work well independently and as a team
Able to communicate well across all levels
