Duties and Responsibilities:
- Reporting and Scope: Reporting to the Vice President of Human Resources, this generalist position will handle a comprehensive range of HR functions, managing the entire employee lifecycle.
- Business Partnering: Collaborate with Business Units to provide guidance on HR matters including workforce planning, budgeting, recruitment, compensation, performance, and talent management. Support disciplinary, grievance handling, and learning and development initiatives.
- Policy Development: Assist in the creation, review, and updating of HR policies. Stay informed on HR regulations and industry best practices, recommending policy improvements and process optimizations.
- Employee Engagement: Plan and lead employee engagement initiatives and events, fostering a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
- Learning & Development: Oversee learning and development needs assessments, manage the training budget, and handle course registration administration.
- HR Systems and Reporting: Lead HR system maintenance, ensuring accuracy in reports, records, and documentation. Conduct data analyses to reveal trends and insights, supporting HR decision-making.
- Office Administration: Manage office operations, including workspace planning, travel coordination, and procurement of office supplies and equipment.
- Other Duties: Provide support on additional tasks as assigned.
Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or a related field.
- Experience: 7 years of relevant experience
- Knowledge: Strong understanding of the Singapore Employment Act.
