Strategise, plan, and review manpower resources at organisational level to support business and organisational growth.- Review and prepare HR related policies, SOPs, and workflow that align with our company's goals and values.
Ensure overall payroll accuracy, timeliness, and efficiency. Ensure compliance for all statutory reporting requirements for local entities.
- Conduct talent acquisition activities, including screening, interviewing, reference check and onboarding.
Maintain the HRIS to ensure accuracy and integrity of HR records and reports, accuracy in attendance, leave, etc.- Oversee performance management, training and development programs.
Create a positive workplace culture through continuous employee engagements.
Min degree in Human Resources Management, Business Admin, or equivalent.
- Professional working fluency in English and Mandarin. Ability to speak Bahasa Indonesia is preferred.
Proven experience as an HR Manager leading a team (min 2 years).- Strong knowledge of Singapore, Indonesia, and PRC Labour regulations and best practices.
